At all events there will be a supervisor who is your point of contact. They will be in charge of the play area, and all the facilities booked for your day. Our supervisors have many years of experience, as do all our staff. They have been hand picked by us to ensure you receive the best service available.

Our “Guardian Angels” are all fully approved to a very high standard. The checks we complete, consist of:

• A personal in-depth “one to one” interview with a member of our experienced team
• Written and verbal references are taken
• Fully enhanced police checks are completed, or verified if already held
• Qualification and first aid certificates are verified where possible.
• We check and copy identification and utility bills as proof of identity and address

Most of our staff have been known to us for a long time, and so we can personally vouch for their professionalism, and experience with children of all ages. If you would like to complete any further references on our staff personally, we can provide this information on request.
