To guess-timate the number of staff you will require, use the following chart:

• Baby in arms = 2:1
• Crawling and high chair up to 18 months = 2:1
• 18 Months to 3 Years= 3:1
• 3-5 Years = 4:1
• Over 5 Years = 6:1 dependant on needs

If you know the numbers and ages of the children attending your event, we can estimate the number of staff you will require. Please note that in some cases staff can double up where you don't meet the maximum number of children in a ratio elsewhere, so always contact us for a firm quotation.
